Who should always be in the Justice League?

Justice League of America

The Justice League is said to be comprised of "The Worlds Greatest Superheroes". The current incarnation of the League bares resemblance to the original pre-Crisis Justice League of America but features updated versions of its cast of characters for the DC Universe's New 52 continuity.

I always wondered who should always be on the League?

for me Batman a GL and a Speedster.

I don't think anyone should necessarily be always on the JL. I mean, if they should always be on the team then that means they can't die. Of course if they do die they'll just come back to life, so whatever.

I would say the JL regulars would be Superman, a Green Lantern of Earth, Wonder Woman, and a Flash.

Yes on WW, Bats, and Wally, but no on John. Kyle should always be on the team. And no one should forget Martian Manhunter.

what i mean is legacy kind of stuff like Batman -Bruce Wayne then Dick Grayson then terry mcginnis(how do you spell this)
or Green Lantern- Hal Jordan, John Stewart, Guy Gardner, or Kyle Rayner
