It was confirmed a while ago that the first arc of the Justice League takes place in the past. Theyre rewrting the origins of the Justice League. Thats why Hal is still a Green Lantern and not Sinestro.

haha yeah me too. But I kind of like that he doesnt have many constructs because it makes Kyle that much better.
