I've been following Justice League since issue 1 and recently purchased issue 15 and aquaman 15. I have only read aquaman issue 1-6 but im planning on catching up. I wonder by reading the throne of atlantis will I spoil a lot for aquaman 7-14? Also which one do i read first and can I at least read the Justice League issue without spoiling?

Aquaman's Throne of Atlantis arc just started with issue #14. It does have a little to do with things that happened in the previous arc, but it's nothing supremely major as of yet. Also, the reading order is Aquaman 14 > JL 15 > Aquaman 15 if you want to read it chronologically.

It's kind of the set up to the entire thing, but you can probably get by without reading it for now. Nothing dire happens in it, not that I recall anyway.
