The Justice League is said to be comprised of "The Worlds Greatest Superheroes". The current incarnation of the League bares resemblance to the original pre-Crisis Justice League of America but features updated versions of its cast of characters for the DC Universe's New 52 continuity.
Do you remember Justice League: Fall and Rise? One-shot with an amazing Green Arrow-cover? With J.T Krul onboard? Now we have a new image (4 in 1). Enter: JUSTICE LEAGUE: RISE AND FALL, GREEN ARROW #31, JUSTICE LEAGUE: THE RISE OF ARSENAL #1 & JUSTICE LEAGUE OF AMERICA #43. Artist above - Mike Mayhew, release date - March. Be prepared!
@timrothsays: NA Annual? I haven't seen that. I have seen his work on the Mystique series, and a few other bits & pieces in his gallery. He tends to have a very soft style for curvy girls.

The art was... different.
On topic... This looks interesting! What will happen to Green Arrow? What will happen to Arsenal? (I'm glad we've moved away from that Red Arrow crap)
@John Valentine: about Red Arrow. I heard that in Cry for Justice he lost his hand, but i've not order it yet. Is it worth it? I mean, there are a lot of people who hate Robinson and his JLA-works

Yes, his right arm from above the elbow. It's average, but I have not read much of his other stuff (Superman, Starman etc). The art is lovely, though.
