.......だれか (dare ka)?

I have to imagine making a story mode for this game is actually harder than it was for MORTAL KOMBAT. In MK, there were already set factions who were working together. Trying to make a story with all these insane villains working together in a story must be a challenge.

This is cool, but I'm just not really into fighting games. Judging by MK, there will be DLC costumes as well as added characters at some point. Why would they not prime DLC for people to buy later?

@Jonny_Anonymous: You're right it shouldn't. Maybe Wildstorm characters will be DLCs or Alternative Costumes.

@Jonny_Anonymous: Then I think he is likely to appear in the main game. or at least a DLC, because from what I've heard he's a popular character. I also hope they have Red hood. But If they don't then it's fine by me. I'm still going to buy it.

glad they're continuing the story mode and really expanding with it! im glad that the single player content will be just as good as well! and based on what they said, Green Arrow will kinda play similar to Hawkeye in mvc3, which is good since Hawkeye is one of my favorites in that game! really looking forward to this!

I have a pretty particular set of characters I'd like in the game: more lanterns (could just be GL skins tbh), Deadshot (not that Arkham City crap, New 52 look is nice though), King Shark (good idea Tyrannotaur) and Robin (if they found a spot for Solomon Grundy, but not Robin...) Either way, will be buying the collectors edition and playing till my fingers or eyes bleed, whichever occurs first.

Ah yeah that's an epic list you got there! I agree though, more of the female characters would be great to see considering that DC has quite the classy lineup. Personally, I'm a Huntress fan so that would be sick. Good call on Deadman btw, he's the beezneez. Dr. Fate would be neat to see aswell. Or Phantom Stranger since he's playing a much bigger role in the DCU this time around.

I'm really looking forward to playing as Flash - I think he's got the best costume redesign and the best combo moves. Good thing about him is he's gonna be the odd one out of all the characters for his cheap ass moves XD

I'm the one in the purple hoodie at the end. Played as Green Arrow and it was a blast. Hoping Swamp Thing can make it to the roster

The problem with Huntress is that there is already two girls street level (Harley Quinn and Catwoman) but there are also Green Arrow, Batman and Nightwing. It might happen though.

Originally Deadman was on my list, but I was trying to think of how that could be applied to a fighting game and I just don't see it happening. He can't hit anyone and doesnt really have magic. He could enter bodies, but who would he enter in a one on one fight? It seems improbable.

Phantom Strangers is just too powerful for a game like this. It is like Darkseid or Doomsday.

Well I'm hoping for Doomsday being as how he's an in your face kind of guy, he could be a brute fighter I mean they have Hulk in MVC2 and 3, granted DD is far more powerful obviously but still he could have move sets with brute moves and perhaps "mimic" moves like Shang Tsung can morph into others, well perhaps with DD he can adapt and take less damage from the same move or do a power up where his normal moves do twice the amount of damage or something.
