The Justice League is said to be comprised of "The Worlds Greatest Superheroes". The current incarnation of the League bares resemblance to the original pre-Crisis Justice League of America but features updated versions of its cast of characters for the DC Universe's New 52 continuity.

In an inerview,Christain Bale himself said that he will not plays as Batman in The Justice League Movie. It is on IGN.

I would have older people playing these parts (but not too old) but I'm following what I think will happen, due to the acting choices people have made.

Was that the JLA movie that is going to be made or the JLA movie that was going to be made but was then scraped?

It was the JLA movie that is going to be made and Brandon Routh said he will not be Superman in the movie either in the same interview.Which means the people who are going to make The Justice League movie will have to recast both Superman and Batman.
