    Baz is a soldier of African descent (John), he may be obnoxious (Guy) since he carries a gun around all the time "for back up", and he will play a torchbearer type role (Kyle) now that Hal has been taken care of...

    Is DC amalgamating 3 Lanterns for a future Green Lantern movie sidekick (a la John Blake) or is Johns just retreading old ideas? I'd like to hear your thoughts!

    Baz is American of Mid-Eastern descent, he carries a gun because he doesn't trust in the ring's power, and I guess.
