looks a lot like the speed animation from DCUO

i read the title and thought if it was a open world environment it could work, too bad it wont exist until they make a flash movie and if it sucks the game would be worse

Yeah, he is going to have the same problems that sonic the hedgehog faces. In 3D, there is only so much joy to be had with running. The level design will be negatively affected because he runs through them so quickly, as opposed to other games, whose level design albeit smaller, has more interactivity, and thus more of a challenge, and reward will be extracted.

I say give Flash his own set of levels in the larger scope of a JLA game.

If you mean the superman game, well the game was being made by a company naemed factor 5, and turns out that they owed their employers a lot of money. They closed the studio and the employers were never repaid (yeah, really crappy story for a superman game of all people, i know)
