    Who's Gonna Double Cross Who?

It's the last chapter of the Omega storyline. Things aren't looking good for this incarnation of the JLA. Is there any way they can save the day (and planet?

    The Good

The issue begins with a bang. Donna Troy and Superwoman are fighting. We're not talking about a bitter exchange of words. They are going at it fist-to-fist. During this enjoyable bout, we are treated do a nice bit of inner dialogue from Donna. For the longest time she seems to have been simply going through the motions in comics. You really get the feeling that we'll be seeing more development/evolution in her character in the months to come.

In regards to the rest of the issue, how could Batman (Dick Grayson) submit so easily to Omega Man last issue? How can they work side by side with members of the Crime Syndicate? These questions and more are answered. I've never been a huge fan of the Syndicate but this issue was my favorite of the arc. We get a good conclusion, a nice tie in to the recent Starman/Congorilla one-shot and even the return of a 'dead' character.

    The Bad

The Crime Syndicate. For some reason they never really got me excited. I appreciate that they can give us dark and evil versions of the heroes we're familiar with but I'm ready for them to move on. I've always been a huge fan of Mark Bagley but there were moments here where some of the characters in the background almost looked rushed.

    The Verdict

I may not be crazy about every single member of this Justice League but I really dig the fact that these characters have been allowed to step up into the big leagues. If there's been any question whether or not they have what it takes, fighting the Crime Syndicate and Omega Man should settle that matter. I'm not crazy about the Syndicate but what I really enjoyed in this arc was seeing the little seeds planted in the development of characters like Donna Troy, Dick Grayson and Supergirl. Now that this trial by fire has been complete, I cannot wait to see the team take on Eclipso next month.

The Good: Omega Man's face in the opening scene is so creepy because you just can't tell what he's thinking. Ultraman and Dark Supergirl are arguing over some stuff and Donna is being 'forced' to fight Super Woman, and Omega Man just FLOATS THERE. Omega Man has some more odd ominous inner thoughts.  A lot of things got properly explained. The dialogue for conversations between characters was usually pretty great. The sheer amount of over-the-top double crossing is pretty epic. I was genuinely su...

I don't get why people hate this! 0

So many people hate this book but I think it's good! The wrighting was good the Art was well not as good as usual which lost it half of a point the other half was lost by the few diolouge problems. Good comic I  liked it. I don't know about anyone else but I am one of the Crime Syndacate's biggest fans but saw some missed oppertunity's with them not having an Ultragirl, Lucy Lane, Lady Quick, Emereld , Shadow-Talon, Spaceman, and Gorilla Bill(bad names I know except Shadow-Talon, Spaceman and Ul...
