    Closing time!

    Justice League of America #60

No one can say that this team was not unique? I think that I'll always remember it because there were no big Leaguers and the assortment was totally unique. This is the conclusion of this version of Justice League of America. It's so weird to say that because JLA is such an iconic team and I would never want to see it end, but that's why I'm excited for the new Justice League that's coming out for the last week of August! So this issue is just everybody stating their reasons for wanting to leave and what they're going to do from there. It seems that everyone is moving forward with their lives and wanting to improve their lives. Supergirl wants to spend time for herself and maybe go back to college. Donna wants to continue her photography. Jesse is preggers! (pregnant!)! Jade wants to embrace the second life she's been given. Bill wants to support and help all the unknown heroes of Africa. Mik wants to just relax for a while (which is understandable). Dick says that he'll be going back as Nightwing. So this is it. Everyone leaves one by one except for Donna and Dick, they leave together.

    The GOOD!

What I loved about this issue was the sentimental moments. I thought it was nice to end it like that and have everyone talk about where they're going in life. What I also loved was when Donna said she didn't care if anyone ever rememberd their time as the JLA and I loved that her and Dick left together. This was a sad issue for me. I really enjoyed reading everyone's take on their time as Justice Leaguers and where they're going. I also liked when they reminisced about old times when they had to fight big battles and everything.

Art: I enjoyed the art for the most part in this issue. The cover looked awesome! The only art I didn't like was the faces of the women. In almost every panel their teeth were showing in a weird attempt to be seductive. I didn't like that.

    The BAD!

Still I feel like something was missing from this conclusion. Like how did Jesse's stomach show now, but it didn't show in the previous issues? That didn't really add up. I don't feel like this team has been a team long enough to truly have such a sentimental moment. I loved the sentimental moments but it didn't feel totally right.

    The VERDICT!

I thought this was a solid conclusion. If you've been a big fan of this justice league than pick it up! If not then i still say pick it up! 4 out of 5!

At Least They End Their Run with Dignity 0

With a new Justice League coming next month, this Justice League must go, and it does so in by far one of the more solid and sincere issues of its run. As James Robinson has his unique team say goodbye, it's almost enough to make you forget that this was a team people drew more comparisons to Justice League Detroit than the JLA.  It's a testament to how poorly planned DC's September relaunches must be that so many books have to end this way with one issue wrap-ups. That is, if they even get that...
