The JLA help some young kids who are having brotherhood problems; features the Arrowcar.

The Justice League of America offer to aid their mascot, Snapper Carr, in interviewing three remarkable young men. In Metropole City, Joel Harper bears witness to a bank robbery. Harper hurls a clothes rack at the fleeing felons. As the crooks get back to their feet, they draw their weapons on Harper. The Flash disarms the crooks, then attacks. One of the thugs manages to blind the Flash, with a flare gun. The Flash asks Harper to guide him, but Harper, not wishing to further involve himself in the situation, refuses. Harper has a change of heart, and guides the Flash in disabling the crooks' getaway car. The Flash manages to subdue one of the crooks, but the other robbers escape, in a stolen car.

Harper is fired for his trouble. Harper's observations of the bank robbers' attire leads the Flash to an exclusive mens' fashion shop. The Flash is able to garner the address of one of the crooks. The Flash, along with Harper, storm the crooks' lair. The Flash subdues the crooks, in ten seconds flat, then offers Harper a job with the Central City Police Department. Harper learns a valuable lesson regarding race. In the southwest, the Green Arrow meets with Jerry Nimo, a young Apache accused of robbing a mail train. The Green Arrow, along with Nimo, tracks the real crooks back to their lair. The Green Arrow storms the crooks' lair, but quickly finds himself overwhelmed by their superior numbers.

Nimo aids the Green Arrow in subduing the theives. Nimo learns a valuable lesson regarding self-worth. The Hawkman, and Snapper Carr, arrive in India, just as Harvey Young, and Joe Imloff, are about to be beheaded. The Hawkman, and Snapper Carr, rescue Young, and Imloff. The Basas cease their hostilities. Harvey reveals that he had convinced the Basas to give up their warlike ways, and become farmers. The Basas age-old enemies, the Uttars, however, began to rob the Basas' fields and steal their crops. The Basas blamed Young, and Imhoff, for their current predicament. The Hawkman, and Snapper Carr, stage a ruse, to convince the Uttars that their Gods hold them in disfavor for their actions.

The Uttars see the error of their ways, and take steps to make amends. Confronting the Basas, the Uttars return the remainder of what was stolen, while also offering gifts of fish. The Basas are intent on killing the Uttars anyway, but the Hawkman intervenes. The Hawkman brings the two warring tribes together, establishing a lasting peace. The Uttars will hunt and fish for the Basas, while the Basas will farm for the Uttars. Using the Basas and the Uttars as his inspiration, Young vows to spend the rest of his life spreading a message of peace and brotherhood throughout India.
