    SPOILERS

    Red Arrow and Vixen find themselves buried under fourteen floors of a hotel. Roy tries calming Vixen so they can begin to work their way out. Roy confronts Vixen that she's been leeching the powers off of the others. She says it's not intentional. When Roy asks who's powers she has now, it turns out to be Black Lightning's. She can't use it because there is water nearby.

    Will Roy's ingenuity be enough to get them out?

    Middle of the Road 0

    I'm middle of the road on this issue. First of all this stupidity with Fox's powers is driving me insane. Sometime trying to make something "realistic" can hurt a character when it's over done. The story was tense and it was an interesting look into the situation these "super-heroes" lifestyles can get them into. My problem was the fact that it was supposed to be character development. They developed Roy Harper but demote Vixen to a powerless quivering idiot. It's like she's there just to h...
