Plot Summary
While the earth suffers from an ever increasing amount of pollution and people are sick from smoke inhilation, the Justice League of America stands accused of deserting the planet they are sworn to protect. Observing the seriousness of the situation from their new satellite HQ, some 22,300 miles above the earth, the JLA join the Vigilante on his environmental crusade against the big businesses that are threatening life on the planet through their industrial practices. But if no laws are being broken, what can they do? First part of a two part story.
