Justice League International (1993) # 66 - All Out of Time

This book take place immediately after Ice's death by Overmaster. The world is going to end and The Justice Leagues are badly beaten. This causes Fire and the rest of the Justice League in a final battle with overmaster. Things are looking bad from the start.

One positive is Blue Beetle gets away and is able to overload the Overmater's computers. This however does not work because Overmaster simply move up the destruction of man kind. Amazing Man then attacks Overmaster by absorbing his power and turning it back to him. This kills Overmaster and Blue beetle is able to speed up the engine meltdown to beat the Armageddon device.

Then they miraculously find an escape hatch and use a tractor beam to save all the heroes. Just when you think its all over Booster falls to the ground dead. Luckily Blue Beetle had installed a life support system in his suit that restarts his heartbeat.
