This issue was hilarious to read all thanks to Gavril.I will admit he might a bit offensive to some that actually believe in communism (wich in that case why are you reading comic books,it's own by a capitalist company) but as we seen he's kinda of a hypocrite,he has a blog and he is just happy being in the Justice League (even though this isn't the League). What else is cool aout this issue is that we start with Max getting his White Lantern vision just like in Brightest Day #7.This issue does also have a a lot of talking between Fire and Ice wich i guess is for those that are big fans of there's,not that i don't like them but i just haven't read any of the JLI books to know them better.
My only complaint might be that the pacing is a slowed down some more because of the whole sneaking in Checkmate base but hopefully it will pick up next issue. If you are reading Generation Lost you better not stop and if you are wondering if yyou should read this title the answer is YES.

Speedy Review:
I think this is one of the best, and there are several great parts , parts of Brightest Day. To remind you fair read of my reviews, I was not sold on this series upon reading the initial solicitation. However, after issue one I was on board and am officially a fan of Judd Winick. I love Aaron Lopresti's art and when he is at the art helm the issues pop. Bennett really needed to grow on me and to bring his A-game to this title and his work had previously not been to my liking. The story concept has really shown its legs to my surprise they are long and I can happily say that this reconstituted JLI is fantastic. I love these characters and have enjoyed there adventures thus far.
This issue is a great turning point issue. Which if you all read last weeks issue of Brightest Day comes as no surprise really. I am looking forward to see where Winick takes this major Brightest Day plot thread. The humor abounds once again. I am happy to report that it still flows and feels organic. Rocket Red is the main generator of the humor again in this issue. The biggest difference in this issue for me is the art by Bennett. I can honestly say that I liked it! yep I know I have railed against it in the past but this issue either he or Jadson finally brought their good stuff!
This series continues to reward readers with a great story that has progressed in a good and logical direction. For those not on board yet I highly recommend getting up of your butts and pick this series! Once again this, the lasts issue, is fantastic!
