Plot & Action: This is another establishing issue as the Justice League International continues to explore the world post Max Lord's mind wipe. There's an explanation of why those four JLIers are the only ones to remember, and Max makes a swift plan to deal with that. I still would like to get an idea of what Max wants to do, but so far the pace has gone pretty well. Character Wise: Booster Gold continues to be the shining star.
