At Batman's memory falters and Magog enters the scene, this unofficial Justice League sees the numbers of their allies decrease just as the numbers of their enemies increase. The Good The scene where Batman and Powergirl investigate Maxwell Lord only to forget what they're discussing in mid-sentence was downright spooky. I've rarely seen menace underlying a superhero so effectively outside of Morrison's Animal Man run. I really glad to see Captain Atom's role in the Kingdom Come disaster foresh...

Best Pure Set-Up Issue Ever 0
The Good: I love the extended Kingdom Come look we get. Max Lord's White Lantern Vision is significantly expanded upon and now seems far longer than anyone else's. I feel like a complete idiot for not realizing that The War Magog Will Start the Entity was referring to was Kingdom Come. There was also an epic triple conversation happening at once in the start. There was Parasite running from Magog and co. and their dialogue; The Entity's narration to Max of the events, and the quotes from the bib...

Story: This issue starts off with Max receiving images from the white lantern if Max does not stop the war Magog will start. Magog agrees to terminate Max's foes. Skeet tells the team that he has located some activated cells after he was attacked. Captain Atom wants him to tell them before he ever steals information from the largest espionage organization on earth ever again. Ice is in the hall way and Fire goes out to talk to her. Ice agrees to stay with the team and they have a heart to heart ...

This is the 10th issue of Justice League: Generation Lost The Story:We start in the near future were Magog and his Justice Brigade are chasing Parasite but all of this is a vision that the White Lantern is giving Max of the future,wich is basically Kingdom Come.While upgrading Magogs lance we see how Max feels about Bats and how easily he has fooled Magog into going on a mission to kill Captain Atom.Back at the embassy we learn that Skeets has taken all of the files from Checkmateand has learne...

Justice League: Generation Lost has me wanting an on-going with Winick writing and either Lopresti or one of the other penciler's on the book. Every other week I smile when I see this in my pull. Solid, fun, interesting are just some words that I have used to describe this series to my fellow comic book fans as I entice them into giving it a go.
