    Where we're at: Constantine, Zatana, Deadman, and Black Orchid face off against the one man who might know Constatine's tricks better than Constantine, in order to find the Books of Magic.Art: I want to make sure to include the colorists, because many times we overlook the work they do. The art is very good in this book, however the colors and shading might have stolen the show. The colors itself, make the book. The colors feel exotic, and magical. Darker than normal comics with several splashes...

    THE GOOD: The art is still the same amazing quality from issues before. Mikel Janin does the layouts and Victor Drujiniu does finishes and it works well together because it looks consistent, The facial expressions were really strong in this issue and when Zatanna does something, they manage to really make you feel for the character due to the amount of emotion she conveys. The story focuses more on action but the end definitely gets more story going that be be leading to a huge conclusion. Seein...

    With all the nice things getting said about this series since Jeff Lemire took over writing duties since issue 9, combined with the release of the new Constantine series, I decided to get the back issues of this, and boy am I happy I have. It's been phenomenal, and one of the most unique series I've seen in the New 52, and I'm glad I've given it a try.PlotJohn Constantine and Black Orchid are in trouble when faced against Black Boris in Slaughter Swamp, Gotham City, and Deadman and Zatanna face ...
