In this issue, we find that Bruce Wayne has a set up that allows him to track over three hundred established super powered people. None of whom are showing up because they are all still in a dreamlike world where normal people are suddenly "Sparking" with Super Powers. Bruce and Clark agree to not don their hero identities, confident the world would see Clark Kent as another Sparker.

We then come to find out that Dr. Destiny is behind the dreaming, but he is being held captive, and he left clues for the Justice League to come and help him. As Bruce and Clark Go to wake Arthur and Diana, we find Wally and Kyle coming to the same conclusions on their own. After they come together, the group tries to wake Martian Manhunter from his paradise dream. Only to find he does not like it very much.
