    Bruce Wayne has a set up to track over three hundred established super powered people. None of whom are are familiar, because they are all still in a dreamlike world where normal people are suddenly "Sparking" with super powers. Bruce and Clark agree not to don their hero identities, confident the world would see Clark Kent as another "Sparker".

    Dr. Destiny is the mastermind of this dreamworld, but he is being held captive by a mysterious figure. Destiny has left clues for the Justice League to come and rescue him. As Bruce and Clark go wake Arthur and Diana, Wally and Kyle have come to similar conclusions on their own. When they all come together, the team tries to wake Martian Manhunter from his paradise dream. Only to find he does not like it very much.
