When I read this, for the first half or so, I really didn't like it. I thought the artwork (particularly some of the faces) were a bit off-kilter, the humour put me off. Mostly it was Green Arrow. He put me off reading it full stop, since I only got through the first two issues of the new Green Arrow series. The only thing that really intrigued me was his relationship with Aquaman.Then Oliver Queen had his visitor, and it all changed. I'm even going back to the Green Arrow series, to give it ano...

Issue #8 was so great! Completely unexpected after the disappointing #7. Green Arrow brought a lot of energy to the story and we got to learn A LOT about the League's past.
