We Need a Change
The art in this issue ins't Jim Lee and it kinda effects the feeling of the book to me, but this artist is also a good choice. He draws great character expressions and I really glad that we got to see another artists interpretation on these characters. This issue is a good issue for fans of Steve Trevor... and I'm not sure there are many die-hard Trevor fans. This issue kinda sets up how things are now for the Justice League and how they are to the public. This is informative on how the public views them and how the government views them. I also really like how they incorporated a group that liaisons to the Justice League
THE BAD:
I hate Hal Jordan in this. I know Geoff Johns loves him along with Aquaman, and Flash but seriously. Can we stop getting Hal being a humors person who does what he wants. He's bringing down the quality of the book with his stupid lines in the background while everyone else is trying to save people. I also really don't know why we should care about all the stuff that happens in this issue.
THE VERDICT: 3/5 (Okay)
This series isn't no where near the best of the New 52. I think it was suppose to be, but it wasn't. This is filled with a couple of character who really shine and the others just sit in the background for a while. I really think Geoff Johns is a good writer, but we need a creative change. One that will allow this book to become a serious comic book instead of Hal Jordan: Book of Jokes. Despite all the criticism I gave this this issue I guess it's still a good read.
