Brief History

Julia Winters was a baby girl adopted by Nomad. She was nicknamed "Bucky" as she travelled alongside Jack Monroe who saved her from a drug-addicted mother who was neglecting her. 
 
After several adventures alongside Nomad, Giscard Epurer set in action a plan to reunite "Bucky" with her mother, who he had tortured to help her clean up her act and had taught her how to fight. After her mother kidnapped her back, Jack tracked the two down, and seeing the mother was now clean and trying to get her life back on track, tearfully parted ways with his adopted daughter. 
 
Her mother was soon killed by the Super-Aryan, and Jack was believed dead. She was later adopted by the Winters family who named her Julia. Nomad later managed to locate her again but realized his daughter had no memory of him.
