It seems that nothing could beat him while his helmet is on, would he beat Hulk?

This has been done many times. The site now has a search forum tool to look for past battles. And yes Juggernaut wins.

Many times, usually ending in a draw.

they will fight again in Marvel 1985 #2, which is coming out late june.
