He can't stop the unstoppable. Him being able to move Blob means nothing.

No one is agreeing with this for the simple fact that Goku wouldn't be able to.
1) Juggernaut is the living embodiment of Cytorrak the exemplar or god of physical might!!
2) Juggernaut nearly broke Hulk’s neck in submission and he almost killed Hulk. Thats pure displays of POWER AND STRENGTH!! jjeje so How much strength do you need to Knock Hulk out in this form??

Otherwise don´t say: Juggernaut attacked the Hulk in street cloaths in order to suprise him into letting down his guard and gained the upper hand early in the fight. Because that’s no true except the first line. Hulk (Professor) is very strong and smart, he doesn´t like a Fool, is just he hasn´t been able to reach the level strength of someone who has the unlimited strength, in fact on one time Hulk said him: you are a difficult foe!!! Poor Hulk!!
3) The Juggernaut nearly drowned the Hulk by forcing Hulk's head underwater. Hulk had to use silt from the riverbed in Juggernaut's eyes to make The Juggernaut release his grip on his neck.

Also, keep in mind that Prof Hulk (after Grey Hulk) is the weakest Hulk. His strength is limited. A mental block kept him from getting to angry (he would revert to the Savage Banner). So counting this is about as good as counting the first battle of WWHulk and Juggernaut when he didn't have access to his full power.

This is true. He can only get so strong. I think Doc Samson did it when he had them merge into Prof Hulk.
