Acts of Vengeance

Loki schemes to destroy the world's heroes by recruiting the Prime Movers: Magneto, Kingpin, Mandarin, Wizard, Dr. Doom, and the Red Skull and setting them to attack heroes they normally would not.

Age of Apocalypse

The story of Earth-295, an alternate Marvel universe. In a world without the leadership of Charles Xavier, it is up to his friend, Magneto, to fight against the rule of Apocalypse and his Horsemen.

Amalgam

A cross-publisher event of a series of titles put out by both Marvel Comics and DC Comics under the name Amalgam Comics, it blended elements from the two publishers' catalogs.

Correction

From Generation X #63 to #66, the House of Correction storyline ran.

Decimation

The Decimation spans several series' and story-lines, chronicling the aftermath of the House of M and the lives affected.

Defiant

Running in New Warriors vol. 4 #1-6.

Fatal Attractions

A very significant story arc during its time pitting Magneto and his Acolytes against the various X-teams.

House of M

Reality is flipped upside down by the Scarlet Witch when mutants are the majority.

Onslaught

The culmination of the X-Traitor storyline and the lead in to Heroes Reborn. Onslaught attempted to recreate the world in his image, only to be defeated by the combined sacrifice of Earth's heroes.

Operation: Zero Tolerance

Follows the "Onslaught" storyline. Due to growing mistrust between humankind and mutantkind, Bastion and his Sentinels were given the U.S. government's approval to carry out a campaign of eradication.

Phalanx Covenant

The Phalanx attempt to take over the Earth to suck the energy out of all organic life. It takes the combined forces of the X-Teams and the mutants that would become Generation X to stop it.

Secret Invasion

Marvel's current story arc that is now coming into prominence. It seems that the Skrulls have been replacing Earth's heroes leaving one question to be asked, "Who do you trust?"

The Initiative

The Initiative is a comic book event dealing with the aftermath of the Marvel Universe's Civil War. Many comics were included in under the Initiative label.

Thrashed

Story arc that ran in New Warriors v4, issues 9 to 13. Night Thrasher's frequent disappearances and neglect of the team make Jubilee increasingly suspicious, and eventually throws the team into deadly peril.

X-Cutioner's Song

Stryfe's masterpiece of revenge on his "parents" Cyclops and Jean Grey, Cable, a weakened Apocalypse, and Xavier's dream ignites a battle between the X-Teams, and unleashes the Legacy Virus.

X-Tinction Agenda

The New Mutants, X-Factor, and the X-Men combat the now cyborg Cameron Hodge and the mutant enslaving island of Genosha. Storm, Havok, Wolfsbane are brainwashed and turned against their teammates.
