This is probably the saddest story I've ever read. It actually hurt a bit to read it. Kieron Gillen may of had some issues wrapping up Uncanny X-Men because of all the editorial demands, but here, he hits the ball out of the park. Unfortunately, in order to do that he had to make me cry bitter tears.Gillen had spent a hear and a half making Loki into an endearing character. Lovely and Amazing 0

Wow wow wow wow wow.  This is one of the best monthly comics I have ever read, especially when considered in it's place as the capstone to a fantastic long-running story arc.   It's thoughtful, it's emotionally deep and affecting.  It caps off rich characterizations and complex plots.  It makes it clear that everything that has happened with Loki, starting with Siege: Loki onwards, has been part of a grand plan, and I've rarely seen a long-term arc come off this well in comics before.  The art w...

This has been a good series and I have really enjoyed seeing the developments of Loki in his younger form, and how he's shown traits of his former self whilst trying his hardest to be good. I think Kieron Gillen has done an amazing job on this series and when I initially picked it up I was never expecting it to be as good has it's been. I also loved the art in this issue. The GoodThe final issue from the current team headed by Kieron Gillen has come, and it’s a great send off. The inner turmoil of the young Loki comes to a head and is wonderfully played out, a touching scene with Thor is one of the stand out moments.
