Jonah Hex comes into a small town during a wedding and is treated as a guest. Unfortunately the wedding is attacked and the groom is slain and robbed. Jonah Hex promises the new widow that he will get the men responsible, and return the husbands rifle to her. This is a pure and straight forward revenge tale. Hell, the cover says all that needs to be said on the plot. Wall to wall gunfighting. This book is a bit of an antidote to the much wordier last two issues. Not that it cuts into the quality, this is still a fine book. It's exciting, and it wont make you hurt your brain by thinking to much.
