    Jonah Hex happens across a robbery. Figuring that the robbers might be worth a bounty, he intervenes. When the bandits flee, a wounded and dying doctor tells hex that the robbers were after a satchel containing vials of a serum to cure a cholera outbreak. He makes Hex promise to deliver the cure.

    Jonah Hex vs. choleraIn 'Death Race to Cholera Bend!', Jonah Hex and a young doctor must evade bandits and the elements to get a satchel full of vials of medicine to a cholera infected place called Comanche Bend.Overall this is an O.K. issue with it's greatest strength being the believable, period appropriate epidemic. The art and writing are both pretty good.On the downside, the sound of gunfire is still conveyed with the sound effect "VIP!"; and the story contains two plot twists, both of whic...
