You know I've noticed that most of dc's animated direct to dvd films involved batman and superman and only Under the Red Hood involves the Joker. Justice League Doom might have a special spot for him but I could be wrong. Heck let's face it Wonder woman Appeared more times than he.

If they were to make an animated film starring the Joker which one should it be and who (Other than Hammil or Spiner) should do his voice?

My choice for film is another Injustice League Movie based on another Dwane McDuffie comic but also being written by Alan Burnett.

Actors I'm having a hard time I can't Decide weather it should be John Dimaggio, Kevin Michael Richardson, Billy West, James Patrick Stuart, or Steve Blum.

But other than that... Should Joker be in more films? Is he really necessary, Could this be the reason why he's so absent, Becuase he'd be too obvious of a choice?

I agree wholeheartedly. He's so much fun to watch and listen to in action.

While the concept of more Joker is appealing... now that Mark is retired from the role, I admit that I'd be predisposed to be somewhat cold to any future Joker voices and presences. There is such a vast array of Bat-villains, many more can fill that void.

Two words....

Andy Serkis.

Why was Brent "Fails Joker Forever" Spiner ruled out alongside Hamill while really good Jokers like KMR are allowed? Just curious. And yes, he should be in everything. Every single thing. "Mission Impossible 12: Return of Joker!"

I think Batman R.I.P and Hush would make 2 really good animated movies, both have Joker in them. I'm honestly not sure I've ever heard Andy Serkis' voice, so I have to go listen and see. I really liked John DiMaggio's Joker voice in Under The Red Hood. The thing thats hard about finding a Joker voice is, some people got so used to Mark Hamill's voice that when someone else does it it just doesn't sound right to them.

Also, I think Two Face and Penguin are 2 villains that should be in an animated movie. As The Crow Flies would make a great animated movie which would show Penguin as a really significant and interesting character, as well as Scarecrow. (And i'm pretty sure Joker and Two Face both have like a 5 second cameo in that too haha)

I'm all for more Joker. Just don't use the one that was in Young Justice. He was stupid looking and sounding.

@ntb1124: It all started back when he was a lawyer and a running mayor for gotham. He finally threw the book at Falcone who threw a splash of acid at half his face. Not sure if this trigued a multiple personality disorder or if he had it before only for that incident to reinforce it.

No,we've had enough Joker to last us a life time.Cyborg Superman,General Zod,The Rogues,Deathstroke,Bane,Zoom and Prometheus are the one's who deserve more attention.

Darkseid,Joker,Lex,Ra's and Sinestro need to take break.

The Joker is cooler when you use it every time you need him, i mean if yiu have a trilogy of Batman films he should be only in one, no in every movie.

The main problem with the Joker, is how people over use him.

The Joker is after a joke, He's not really a big player, maybe he could his own movie, but he can't be controlled. he'd go crazy.

Since Hamil has retired from the Joker, I personally think who ever voiced him in Under the Red Hood would be an amazing new voice for him. He brings out a much darker, sadistic version of Joker rather than Hamil's classic and loveable comedic Joker voice.

As for Joker movies....definitely YES...but what movies should he be in? Not sure....
