I honestly think DC is having a 'mid life crisis' and have jumped off the edge, thinking everyone (particularly the new fansgeneration) will cheer and accept the NEW, 'cutting edge' ideas. Whatever will rake in the cash.
They happen to have forgotten that 95.99% of all fans see this as fanservice, and/or extremely poor writing. Don't companies normally make new characters to make the fandom more interesting, when they run out of ideas for the old characters that have gone 'stale'?
Let's ignore the fact that they have made new characters; which are just clones of pre-existing characters, but opposite gender, like the new Ventriloquist. Or there's the new villain mobster, Tobias Whale.
I really need to hunt down that Countdown issue.
Which one did she actually 'leave' The Joker?
