Ace is a member of the Royal Flush Gang, which is group of villains derived on the cards in a royal flush in poker. Amos Fortune became Ace, but later retired. An unknown man became the new Ace.

Bud is one of the Joker's two hyenas.

An extremely agile athlete, Copperhead relies heavily upon his snake suit to accomplish his ends. The fangs in his helmet are coated with venom that can cause paralysis or even death.

Duela Dent has claimed to be the daughter of various super-villains in the DC Universe. The one she is most often associated with is being Joker's Daughter or the Harlequin. She's certifiably insane and her history is a bit muddled.

Ignitions origins are unknown. He made his first appearence in the story arc Emperor Joker when Joker states he cannot remember creating him. He would later work for General Zod.

The psychotic Jewelee is married to Punch, a fellow super-villain, and are rarely apart.

Red Volcano is a robot created by Professor Ivo. He has a very similar appearance to Red Tornado.

Scarface is a dummy who's ventriloquist is a man that goes by the name of Arnold Wesker or his alias The Ventriloquist. They both first appeared in Detective Comics#583.They're also Batman's enemies.
