Woof was a giggling criminal spliced with DNA from a hyena, who joined the Jokerz gang of clowns. He would often be pared with Ghoul. When Terry attacked the Jokerz headquarters and Ace chased Woof away. He later appeared working with the other Jokerz under Chronos. However this time he had robotic arms. Even with these new features he and the rest of the gang were still defeated.
