Plot Summary

Overview

Written by Chuck Dixon and Scott Beatty; art by Ron Randall; cover by Scott McDaniel and Klaus Janson In stores October 31. The heroes of the DCU fend off the Joker's happy li'l troopers, while a cure for the Joker's serum is desperately sought. And you know things have got to be bad when Harley Quinn is brought in as the last hope! The Joker starts making his final moves against Batman by going after those closest to him. Will Robin and Nightwing be able to survive against odds that have the whole world reeling?

Oracle sends Huntress into Arkham Asylum, hoping that she can rescue Robin, who disappeared there earlier. They are unaware that Robin was whisked away from the other Arkham inmates by a hungry Killer Croc. Meanwhile in the Slab, Shilo Norman removes the lurking danger of King Shark and, along with Dina Bell and Mr. Mind, locates Multi-Man. The JLA are trying to locate the Joker, and Black Canary informs Oracle that the Joker is not dying after all.
