Lucifer
is a comic volume from Vertigo that started in 2000
Lucifer, written by the award winning Mike Carey, is a series published by Vertigo that tells the tale of Lucifer Morningstar after the events that began in The Sandman and though it is entitled Lucifer, it would be advised not to think of this series as a time line of Lucifer's life, rather it should be seen as a story about the lives of many individuals in the universe be that the people such as Ellaine Belloc or be that the Angels such as Michael and Uriel, and how Lucifer has affected them. Lucifer does not even appear in eleven issues of the series and in many that he does appear he makes simple cameos, for this is not his story, it is all of creation's.
