I did not realize that Joe Q has been in charge for 10 years now, and in this past decade he has done so much with the company including Ultimate Universe, Avengers Disassembled, House of M, Civil War, One More Day and much more than that. All of this, without the EiC's approval none of this would've happened.

Congratulations to Joe Quesada for his 10 Years of running the show in making Marvel our Universe!

     Daredevil Cake!
     Daredevil Cake!
EDIT: Also, apparently there was cake (right)! The Cup O' Joe: Marvel T&A Brevoort's Big Ideas article over at CBR.com posted a piture of the cake that was made to celebrate Joe Q's 10 year run! The picture was tweeted and a lot of people mistook this as a celebration to the Daredevil series' end... Tom Brevoort explains:

In point of fact, that cake had nothing to do with the end of "Daredevil." That cake was part of a celebration of the fact that Joe has been Editor-in-Chief for ten years. And so a bunch of us, headed up by C.B. Cebulski, all kicked in a little money and had a cake made as well as some other Daredevil and Spidey cupcakes. It was a celebration for Joe at the end of the three Retreat days...that is what the cake was actually about.

    Can I have a piece?
