    Review: JLA/Avengers

Kurt Busiek takes a job that I think that may writers wouln't be able to pull off. George Perez takes the book art aspect and makes the whole experience really cool.

    THE GOOD:

I really liked the opening Universe death scence at the beginning. It give the reader the feeling that this threat is huge and is going to take a lot of man power to take down. The whole Grandmaster, Krona stuff is acctually really good. It takes a while for the whole thing to come show why Krona is doing what he is, but I think it does a good job and making the reader want to know. The JLA fighing scence are really good and the same with the Avengers. Them fighting each other to collect artifacts seems really stupid at first but when Grandmaster uses them near the end, that whole thing makes a lot of sence. I loved it when the universes started to collided. It make things a little confussing, but it's just how you would imagine the world merging. My favorite thing in this series, is that every character feels like they get just as much attention as other characters. SUperman will be cool and then Aquaman will shine. I think that is really hard to do is a comic book that has so many characters, but I think Busiek pulls it off. George Perezes art work is amazing. He realyl makes use of the space he is given.

    THE BAD:

I hated, the roster changing and the outfits changing. It was very hard to keep up with it and I sometimes lost track of the characters. It was also kinda hard to read some things because you don't quite know what's happening (But the explain it a little afterwards). This isn't really something to complain about but it felt really long.

    THE VERDICT: 4/5 (Amazing)

This is a comic book that I think was a really good. I felt that the characters all had a shining moment where you are think that's cool. You are also left wondering what side you should take but they made it where they team up and become one and I think they did it very well. If you like the Avengers, I would get a graphic novel that fousus on them complete, but if you like the avengers, but wonder about the JLA, get this. It has your team but also the team you want to get into. The same for JLA fans. If you don't get diffrent universes and earths, stay away. This deals with that a lot.

The ultimate showdown between DC and MARVEL 0

This comic is straight up amazing. It is worth the price just to see superman and Thor standing next to each other. This could have been a bad story but it isn't it's my peruse old favourite DC VS MARVEL story and it shows the differences between both worlds very well. They do fight in this but it's no for some down reason like they fight cuz reasons it's because of a good reason that I dorm want to spoil. This is a real comic for the fans and if u a fan of at least one of the main characters in...

Important Note: Read my review of DC vs Marvel first. This is meant to be a comparative analysis between the two stories. I feel this is how to properly do a major crossover between Marvel and DC and how it succeeds where DC vs Marvel fails. We start off with whole planets from both universes being consumed by this shadow like creature. The Grandmaster senses it's presence and intercepts it. It is revealed to be the Green Lantern villain Krona, the mad Guardian. Here's were we get our first impr...
