    From The Longbox: JLA #34

In this issue we see that Green Lantern is trying to Quell a prison break. His ring is stolen from him by a small time criminal named the Red Dart, who was hired to take the ring to someone in the basement of the prison. In the meantime, Steel is detecting an intruder to the Watchtower, who is simply walking through all of the security snares.

Superman is saving a satelite filled with astronaughts from falling out of orbit. Someone has saved the General from the asteroid we last saw him standing on, and Hector Hammond has seemed to be taken over by some unknown entity, and he is the cause for all the aggression at the prison.

    Review :

This is one heck of a good and very quick read. I love visiting and finding out how the villains think. In this issue, a small unknown character holds our interest far more so than the main heroes this issue. That does not mean anyone is boring here. It actually is a very fast paced issue. Also a great start to the Meggedon storyline.
