From The Long Box: JLA #32

So the JLA gather to see if they can do anything for Gotham City. Yet saving a destroyed city seems so mundane for this group, so Devin Greyson decided to throw in a killer virus. It ends up being an interesting, if ultimately non thrilling issue of the JLA. As if, the Editors wanted to thrust the team into a succesful storyline.

However, personal cynicism aside, i guess it really would be something if the JLA had not addressed the problems of Gotham. So what do I know. Having the Flashs speed seem to be kind of a hinderence at one point was an interesting choice. The winds causing a spread of the virus is one of those "why didn't i think about that plotpoints.

A good one off issue. It wont hurt either the JLA, or No Mans Land to miss.
