The U.S. Secret Service provides Agent James T. West with a railroad car pulled by coal fired locomotive as his transportation around the U.S. territories. It is actually a pair of luxury cars, one that includes sleeping and dining quarters and the other that includes a living room, bar and billiards room.
The small train includes a staff of two, one a butler and the other the engineer.
In addition to being stocked with fruit and other luxury food stuffs, it also contains many custom features that Agent West uses in his war on lawlessness. These include:
- Signal lights controlled by buttons hidden throughout the car, including in the armrest of a chair
- An explosive billiard ball
- A short sword concealed in a billiard cue
