Marvel's first Netflix series, Daredevil, isn't here yet, but it's never too early to learn about what the future Marvel-Netflix projects have in store for us, right? The second series, Jessica Jones, has already cast Krysten Ritter as its lead character, and now it has been announced that The Matrixactress Carrie-Anne Moss will also be joining the show. According to The Wrap, Jessica Jones' time as a super hero didn't go so well, and now she's focused on being a detective in New York. Moss will be a "no-nonsense" character named Harper. She's described as "a person in a position of authority who could prove a powerful ally to Jessica -- if the titular character doesn't completely alienate her first, that is."
It was also previously announced that Rachael Taylor will play as Patricia Walker, a.k.a. Hellcat, and David Tennant is the villain Zebediah Killgrave, a.k.a. Purple Man. Jessica Jones will have 13-episodes and The Wrap claims the series will premiere later this year. So, does the addition of Moss get you more excited for the upcoming show?
