    Not an expert or anything but I think she became a member after the crossover JLA had with the JSA recently. After JLA 44 I think. Somewhere then.

    @Jake Fury: The current arc with Omega Man is pretty good. They have Blue Jay, Tangent Green Lantern, AND the Crime Syndicate in it so I'm loving it.
