Brief History
Jeryn Hogarth is an attorney, scholar and a real flirt with the ladies. He was a business-manager and legal counsel for the Heroes for Hire team, witch then consisted of Luke Cage and Dany Rand, better known as Iron Fist. During the starting period, when Luke and Iron Fist just started their business, he was owner of a third part of the operation. He however never went into action himself.
He parted ways with the team when Iron Fist was apparently killed (although this turned out to be someone else). Sometime later, he helped out Luke as his manager, but returned full swing to the superhero legal counseling when Iron Fist returned and asked him to, again, be his legal counselor,
