Ok for the people that don't know who Jericho is, he is the son of Deathstroke and a member of the Teen Titans during the Wolfman/Perez era.
Killed by his own father in order to save his soul after it had been corrupted by the souls of Azarath and revived in the OYL storyline of the Teen Titans with a new body and a purified soul.
Jericho's powers are that he can take control over the body of anyone he makes eye contact with by putting his conscience inside of the other person.
One of the most important things to mention about Jericho is that he is mute, he has shown to be able to talk by using someone else's body, however it has been stated that he can't talk on his own body, even on his new one
In the last issue of DCU: Decisions we saw that Jericho was apparently the killer who wanted to take care of the candidates for president of the united states, it was also there that it was revealed that apparently now his mind is corrupted as the minds of evil guys are taking control (sounds familiar? look above, back when the story didn't suck)
It was also in the last issue of Titans (Written by Winnick too) that Jericho goes to the headquarters of his former teamates to ask for help in order to leave the body of Match (why he needs help is beyond me, he never had problems in the past and it can't be because of the great intellect of Match).
There Winnick does 2 big mistakes that are basic for the character of Jericho (and it's simple logic)
1-Jericho talks using his own body
2-Jericho makes eye contact in the dark
Any good reason why Jericho should be a villain? Yeah, he is Deathstroke's son but he pretty much hates him, not only that but he is a Teen Titan veteran and in many ways, a pacifist.
Oh and to finish this, how about Winnick's worse mistake?
