Plot Summary
Overview
In this issue, wayward criminal and outlaw Jeremiah Harm, tasked with bringing back the three most dangerous criminals in the universe, discovers what they're doing on Earth. Dak Moria, the criminal mastermind leading the dangerous troika, has found a piece of galactic matter left over from the Big Bang. With this in hand, Dak plans to re-create the explosion that started it all...even if it means suicide!
