So my questions are:

1. How strong is her telekinesis without the use of the phoenix?
2. At peak strength at the height of her abilities at maximum power is she basically phoenix level or is that only something she can achieve when she is a host of the phoenix?
3. Is Jean the strongest telekinetic in Marvel?
