I have been reading some of Jeans forums where some people protest that Jean is a ho and cheated on Scott by sleeping with Wolverine. Some say she didn't. I know she kissed him but did she infact sleep with him?
The problem is, you're referring to a time when comic books were ruled by the Comics Code Authority. In other words, a time when characters weren't allowed to be gay, and that sex had to be vaguely referred to in square text boxes in case it damaged our fragile minds... After they were married, Jean stayed 100% loyal to Scott. Logan managed to steal a kiss, but that was it.
But before they were married, the only occasion that springs to mind is during the X-Tinction Agenda. Logan had been severely beaten, wiped of his powers & dumped in a cell to die. Cameron Hodge knew all of X-Factor's weaknesses, so when they captured Jean they dumped her in the same cell. There was a suggestion that she did more than just comfort Logan. However, because it's vague it's open to interpretation.
However, even if she did sleep with Logan... so what? That doesn't make her a "ho". She wasn't married to Cyclops, in fact at that point she kept refusing his marriage proposals.

And in response to the OP, why is she a ho for "maybe" cheating on her when they werent even together, but he isnt for "mentally" cheating on her with Emma?
@WolfMonkey: no but she is a telepath, Madelin Pryor wasn't a telepath but she was a red head, they don't have to be both. He had tendacy toward Psylocke for a while to if I remember corectly.
