In JSA 44 it says he's the 3rd fastest man in the DC-Verse. Who are the two faster than him?

The writer's Marc Guggenhein, the one that got Bart killed in his own Flash series years ago. One of a very few DC Comic writers I hate. He's a retard!!! Seriously want him gone.

Damn, I actually enjoyed Supertown but I haven't read much JSA to compare it to anything.

52 is awesome. I read them all over 2 days. That should tell you that they are good. Need any help let me know. I've been in your shoes. I began my DC Universe with One Year Later arcs then moved onto 52 while readin' some characters OYL, then read Identity Crisis, then Infinite Crisis. Just kept back tracking while moving on. Hard to juggle at first then I got used to it. I tried doing the same with other comic companies, not as easy to get involved as DC. They have a line through the universe that's quite easy to follow.

What have you read so far? In the DCU.

@Supreme Marvel: Let's see..loved Identity Crisis..& Infinite Crisis....since Infinite Crisis (my last real stopping point for DC due to simply being tired of comics altogether) I have read:
    Final Crisis
Green Arrow One Year Later (really liked it a lot)
    Batman RIP
    Batman & Son
    Batman & Robin Morrison run
1st ten issues of Volume one of 52
    Blackest Night
    Green Lantern (nearly entire run)
    GLC (since Blackest Night began)
    every issue of Brightest Day
every issue of new Birds of Prey arc
    Outsiders since Blackest Night
    Cry For Justice
    Ttians (since Deathstroke took over)
I just jumped on Teen Titans & JSA.

At this point in time Green Lantern and Batman Universes are gold. I suggest The Flash series while it's at the bigging. I can see your avatar that you read All-Star Superman? I can suggest a few others of Superman if you like.

    All Star Superman was fantastic.

I've also read Superman:Braniac, New Krypton Vol 1 & 2, most of Mon El's run in Action, the Krypton/Earth 4 issue limited when New Krypton is destroyed and the Legion arc where Supes is powerless in the future.

Speaking on Mon-El, where is he these days?

@Jake Fury: With James Robinson over at Justice League of America.

Is that what you've read of Superman? Because I can suggest a few good reads you may or may not like. Like Alex Ross' art work? If am not mistake he did a few covers for the New Krypton arc.

Before I get the barrel rolling.

First you must read Kingdom Come.
    For Tomorrow.
    Secret Identity.
Superman: Birthright. (They don't uses this Origin Story any more, but I find it to be the best one.)
    Superman: Red Son.
Superman: Godfall. (A lot before IC, but it's amazing.)
Superman: Last Son. (One of my favourite stories post OYL.)
Superman: Lightning Strikes Twice. (It's Action Comics 826 [Part 1], Adventures of Superman 639 [Part 2] & Superman Volume 2 216 [Part 3]. This will lead to many things throughtout the course of the year in the magical side of DCU.

Are you up to date with JLA?
If not my only answer that time is not a straight line to the Legion. The Legion can go back and forth as if they never left in the first place.

I'm not reading JLA but after the whole "War of the Supermen" storyline Mon-el dissapered back into the Phantom Zone along with most of the other Kryptonians, so he's not on the JLA anymore.

Yup it does. It's not bad or anything, but nowhere near as great.

Guggenheim, on the other hand, could drag it into the mud. He has the potential to really suck.

Mon-El hasn't been with the JLA for a while now and I doubt we'll be seeing much of him in current continuity for a while.
