I am a huge Friday The 13th fan. And i want to see another movie. Not a stupid remake. I wanna see a new movie with a whole new feel to it. Jason is a great horror icon. And should get another movie to add to his already unbeatable bodycount. Oh and bring back Kane Hodder! Your thoughts?

They will probably make another.....but with the Halloween movie coming out soon, it'll be in a while, I think.

Well i know a remake is in the works. If you head over the the website for Friday you will see. But if they do a remake i would like to see it from Jason's perspective.Show him surviving from almost drowning. See his mother get beheaded and then becomeing The Camp Blood Slasher.

That'd be pretty cool. Personally, I like Halloween more, so I'm looking forward to that, but Friday The 13th is cool too. How about Freddy? I think they should do another Nightmare movie....not a continuation, but more of a reboot like Casino Royale.

Its funny you say that man. I heard awhile back there were going to do the movie on the trail of Freddy and more on the character before he died and killed everyone in there dreams. But it never went through. I like what they did with Leatherface in the begining. So i hope they can do that for Jason and even Freddy.

That would be awesome. I read on the Evil Dead site that Sam Raimi is gonna direct #4 (thank god), and Bruce Campbell will be back (uber-thank god). They're also gonna make a remake of #1, without Raimi or Campbell. Crazy.......

That remake should not happen. I mean that would be like doing a remake for The Monster Sqaud or John Carpenter''s The Thing. There cult classic's and should not be messed with.

I agree. Especially without Raimi or Campbell.

On another note: The Thing is the scariest horror movie I have ever seen.

Thank you, that movie was great. And its real cool at Universal Halloween Horror Nights, they are going to have a haunted house based on The Thing. Its going to extremly scary. And its in person!!

Do you know what's hilarious about the statement, "That remake should not happen. I mean that would be like doing a remake for The Monster Sqaud or John Carpenter''s The Thing. There cult classic's and should not be messed with." is? The Thing is, itself, a remake of some old film that John Carpenter wanted to do...

but, anyway, I hear through the grapevine that Rob Zombie has expressed interest in doing a Friday the 13th. Don't know if that will lead to anything, but...

But the way John Capenter remade the thing was extremely different i have the dvd the original thing was plant like.

Yeah i knew that. But like Zorn was saying its nothing like the original. It is based more on the actual short story. Not the movie.
