Its supposedly a young black male.
Jason Todd
Character » Jason Todd appears in 1754 issues.
Jason Todd was the second Robin, until he was brutally murdered by the Joker. After he was resurrected, Jason learned Batman didn't avenge his death. Anguished and seeking vengeance, he initially turned against his mentor and father figure and took on the Clown Prince's former identity: the Red Hood. He eventually returned to the Bat-Family and assembled a team of anti-heroes known as the Outlaws.
Who do you think will be the fourth member to join the outlaws?
Word has it he's hung too. Which I find kinda stereotypical.what? Where did that detail come out from?
People will cry they will put a balck guy on the group, i cry about that, because i want moar mexicans. What the hell is happening in this thread?
It will be Black Dynamite
I dont think its black lightning because it saws young Black lightning had two grownup daughters
Could be Aqualad. Being a son of a major villain and a test experiment that wasn't supposed to live fits as him being an outlaw. The only problem is he may be too young compared to the other members.
The 4th guy on the team has been confirmed to be...DarcStorm. He's a 24 year old black guy equipped with multiple gadgets and weapons (in this universe).
Here's the picture...
Well...there AREN'T many good Black heros. That's one of the reasons why I made a team of over 20 members that are kickass BLACK people.
Eddie Griffin, Marla Gibbs, and Robert Guillaume seem quite content with The Meteor Man protecting them already
I get inspired by terrible Deadpool but Black knock-offs drawn by self important types who post their original art to "scream look at me!" in an unrelated forum and the bad jokes just fly. And also, when their dorkness refers to himself as the superhero identity they've drawn for all the uninterested forum to see, that really helps.
yep..it can't ever be latino, nor indian... -__-Becuase God/Evolution never created Mexicans or Indians, those guys are pure myths.

And also, when their dorkness refers to himself as the superhero identity they've drawn for all the uninterested forum to see, that really helps.WOW...you're even worst than I imagined. Why would you think he's a black Deadpool? Why, just because he has guns? If you knew the character history, you know why those gadgets were there. But you don't, so you lose.
Also not knowin' all of what was happenin' makes you fail even harder. I told a joke...joke was over...the end. You idgit. So you lose again.
The funny thing is...I said nothin' about him bein' me, so how do you know that? There are multiple things about your life that you need to rethink. Grow up some...mature a little...learn things...then maybe (I'm not sayin' it's a guarantee) you'd be someone to joke around with. But until then, continue to say "Loser says what" to yourself...and constantly say what.
Back On Topic: Aqua Lad sounds 'bout right for the position. But it might end up bein' someone new to DC's universe...someone they created JUST for this story. (Although that could be wrong).
Let me tell a really funny one then:

The only thing I see...is that you ACTUALLY took the time to research my characters. Which only helps to PROVE that you have a fascination with me...or them. So either you're a fan of my work...or you're just a lame. And I hope it's the first option...'cause the latter makes YOU the joke.
Well, who are all of the young black men in the DCU?...(and NO I'm not a gay man lookin' for a date). We'll have to make a list of them, and find out which one fits into the group judgin' by their history.
Lobdell confirmed it for a new guy. His name is Crux, and he fights aliens.
Are you doin' what I did?...Or is that really true?
I think the book is to show more of what happens in his head. How does Jason interact with other people...if he doesn't have a grudge with them? It's more likely a bridge to a solo book for him.
How about just give Jason his own title, he's not a team-guy. He's fully capable with the right writer to be able to carry his own book without a ballcap wearing druggie and Dick's ex.Well, if we haven't seen it before, isn't that a point in favor of a team dynamic?

Archer
Plastique
Dark Crow
Doc Barden
Sparx
Flying Fox
Freight Train
I figured from the start that the fourth would be a new character. But a character whose primary focus is fighting aliens? I don't know what I think about that. What does having someone like that on the team say about the kind of thing the team will be facing? I'm not really that interested in stories about Jason fighting aliens and stuff like that.
