Jason Todd was the second Robin, until he was brutally murdered by the Joker. After he was resurrected, Jason learned Batman didn't avenge his death. Anguished and seeking vengeance, he initially turned against his mentor and father figure and took on the Clown Prince's former identity: the Red Hood. He eventually returned to the Bat-Family and assembled a team of anti-heroes known as the Outlaws.
Talia just took care of him after he came back [he was sort of mentally impaired and didn't remember who he was]. Ra's refused to allow Talia to use one of the Lazarus Pits for Jason, but she wound up sneaking him into one which basically brought him back to life in full. After she pulled him from the pit. while he was still vulnerable, she told Jason that Bruce never avenged him and was basically the person who instilled Jason's rage toward Bruce.
That's pretty much the only connection they have, to my knowledge.
Is that the one Talia put him in the Lazarus pit with her old man? Anyway, I dont think they have any relationship (romantic or professional). I think she saw him as an opportunity/tool to use against Batman.
well you may be right but as you can see she is set to appear in red hood lost days so i think there is more to their relationship i also believe she funded him in his trips around the world i think she might be like a motherly figure to him

Interesting theory, but her personality in the Batman & Robin series doesn't paint her as the motherly type. Its hard to say though. I doubt she loves him cause of her deeper connection to Bruce (could be wrong about that). Its also hard to speculate based on a cover, cause they're often misleading but I'm curious now lol
Also, Lost Days is basically just a flashback series about events that took place after Todd came back. So its not like Talia and Todd will be reconnecting/meeting again in this series.
Did we ever find out how Jason came back.... and who brought him back? oh wait that was Talia... Jason is unhinged and juding by Talia's character, it's fair to say she has been planning something for awhile with young Mr Todd and not in a romantic way. She use's the cards she is dealt and I may be wrong but Talia has an allie in the man she nursed and brought back to health and allie with a tie to Bruce and his family.
actually there is a chance they will she probally was keeping tabs on him because the lost days is about how he became the red hood he could of even trained with the league of shadows for all we know plus never count out judd winick he is knowing for doing extream things

No no, what I mean is the events in Lost Days have already happened, even though us, the reader(s) haven't seen em yet. Chronologically they've already taken place. Which means we already know that Talia and Red Hood didn't stay in contact, or aren't in contact now. Know what I mean? I'm sure Winnick will delve deeper into the stories, but they'll still be events and stories that already happened in terms of the DCU timeline.
@daredevil21134: Not sure who writes him the best. I'd like to see him portrayed as the better martial artists between himself and Dick Grayson though. I know that much. I actually wrote a blog awhile ago about when Lady Shiva was suspected of being his mother and how badass that would have been.
