    Jason Todd was the second Robin, until he was brutally murdered by the Joker. After he was resurrected, Jason learned Batman didn't avenge his death. Anguished and seeking vengeance, he initially turned against his mentor and father figure and took on the Clown Prince's former identity: the Red Hood. He eventually returned to the Bat-Family and assembled a team of anti-heroes known as the Outlaws.

    yea i'd have to say Dick, Jason is like Jan and Dick is Marcia from the brady bunch, actually this parallel has been used a few times in the Bat books

    Jason's rival would definitely be Dick for obvious reasons:

    1. Adopted sons of the Bat
    2. They were former Robins
    3. They've fought for who's suitable to be Batman
    4. Dick still cares for Jason as much as Bruce Wayne did

    It would be nice if they payed homage to the Red X costume from teen titans, like have Jason pick up Tims discarded Red Robin suit(when bruce returns) and alter it to wage war against Nightwing with the Al Ghul family at his side. Instead of retreading as Robin, tim's reason for moving on would be to don the blue beetle mantle after the current incarnation goes nuts and converts to his black scarab/beetle future-self. Why BB? Ted Kord and Tim Drake have soo much in common... I would love it if Guy Gardner were to encourage him to leave the cave and pick up where Kord left off combatting Max Lord or teaming with Booster as a time master. He'd have his own bugship(lol) and put to use all his old gadgets. Plus this way Guy would get payback @ Bruce for humiliating him in jla by effectively taking his most dependable sidekick from him. So we'd have Nightwing mentoring Damian alongside Bruce in Gotham, Tim maturing as BB in Hub city paying brief vistits to the batfamily & fixing the time stream, and finally Jan, err Jason, spanning the globe with R'as; Ditching the pillhead lipstick domed cheeseball suit he'd counteract editorial tackiness as the new Red X, helping terrorize international crime all the while clashing with Bats/NW/Robin on frequent occasions. Cool, no?

    I think its more on tim, coz  he feels like tim is just his replacement, teen titans #29 when he attacked tim at the titans tower,and battle for the cowl #2 and #3 where they had a fight
    I never believed he had a rivalry with dick because he never had as much intense moments with him unlike with tim
